Professional clubs always
change the design of their kits before the start of the upcoming season. For
FIFA Ultimate Team in FIFA 16,
the new kits for use by the Team of the Week squad in single player are
introduced in the following. Get our first look at the new designs when we
start FUT in FIFA 16.
The
Team of the Week kits were designed by Emilio Sansolini, a 30-year-old graphic
designer from Argentina living in Gibraltar. In North America, we may have seen
his “NBA
to football” project appear on a number of sports blogs.
The new TOTW home kit
incorporates two very subtle shades of black. The color yellow highlights the
cuff of the sleeve, v-neck, and shorts opening. At the same time, the focus of
the TOTW away kit is the multiple-circle pattern around the chest. Based on that,
it also features black and yellow striped cuffs and shorts opening, topped off
with a solid black neckline. As for the designing the goalkeeper kits, Emilio's
choice for TOTW follows the real-world trend of ensuring the keeper stands out
the most on the pitch. The primary goalkeeper kit is pink with a wave pattern
throughout. For the secondary kit, it is turquoise, featuring a polygonal
pattern.
We cannot wait for
fans of FIFA 16 to see the new
kits on the pitch!
